In The Eden of Grisaia, Kazuki acts like a teacher for Michiru showing that Kazuki might actually care for her, even if it's mostly because she thinks that Michiru is not that smart. Michiru viewed Kazuki highly, but still treated her like the rest of the girls she is close with. Michiru viewed Chizuru as a normal principal, but she never interacted with her much. During the Grisaia no Rakuen anime, Michiru is not so close to Sachi as Sachi is commanded and spent most of her time with Makina instead. In the Grisaia no Kajitsu anime, it seems that both are in a master-servant bond and mostly looked to be close. It could be said that Michiru and Sachi are dependent on each other in some way. Michiru and Sachi have a moderately close relationship.
In Michiru's route, when Yuuji informed the girls of Michiru's "death," Makina is the first to completely break down, saying that her death was "just messed up." Although Makina's jokes with Michiru are a little extreme, she still sees her as a really close friend. This was also revealed in Michiru's route, as her absence caused Makina to vent her boredom on Yumiko instead, testing her patience. Since Sachi is devoted to her work most of the time, she often spends time with Michiru. Makina sees Michiru as a playmate, second only to Sachi. Michiru holds Amane in high regard as one of her valued friends, though often questions Amane's slutty behaviour and morals. She, while maintaining her composure at first, eventually broke down hysterically, much to everyone's surprise. Yumiko valued Michiru as an important person in her life, such as when Yuuji informed everyone of her alleged death. One example of this is that Yumiko hesitated to give Michiru's 6 pennants, a souvenir she bought her from her trip overseas, due to the possibility that Michiru may dislike her gift. However, they actually care for each other, despite their denial. In many occasions, Michiru's witty comments were seen as insults by Yumiko, often resulting in the latter threatening the former with a box-cutter. Yumiko Sakaki ĭue to their contrasting personalities, Michiru and Yumiko don't seem to get along too well at first. This results in Yuuji helping Michiru overcome her problems and they start to date for real in Michiru's after story in The Labyrinth Of Grisaia. Throughout Michiru's route, she opens up more to Yuuji, eventually revealing her backstory and the issues that she had to deal with in her life.
Since then, Michiru gradually opened up to Yuuji, one such example is asking him out on a "pretend-date" in hopes that they'll go in an actual date. The other "Michiru" has noted that the incident caused Michiru to fall in love with him. Unaware that her other self has initiated this beforehand, Michiru fell into shock and confusion as to why he did that to her.
